Two scoped administrator roles, and payslips that publish in one click

• Event administratorlimits an administrator to the training templates and events they are registered on as owner. They see no other training data. The role includes a dedicated set of reports, which can be extended if needed. Contact your Popay consultant to discuss.
• Client security officerthe people responsible for user management in your company can manage users and roles themselves. Segregation of duties is built in: a Client security officer cannot manage their own role, or the role of another Client security officer. Contact Popay to request access.

• Default view per companypick the landing view for the catalogue, tile view with images or list view without. It is applied every time a user connects; within a session the last selected view is kept. Default is tile view. Your Popay consultant can change it for your organisation.
• Working hours per training now appear in the employee training list, giving employees a clear view of training hours attended during working time.
• My team developmenta new filter shows trainings completed within a chosen period.

Until now, email to participants was limited to predefined system messages. You can now compose and send your own, whenever you need to.

Define your own templates, with optional HTML for branded styling:

1. Go to Training configuration and open the Mail section.
2. Create a mail template with a code starting with FREE_TEXT, for example FREE_TEXT_REMINDER.
3. The template is then offered as a free text mail option when you communicate with participants.

Use it for a tailored training mail from training event > participant > send email, a pre-training reminder with location or preparation instructions, a follow-up asking for feedback, or branded communication that matches your visual identity.

• Payslip upload without manual validationfor clients on a third-party payroll provider, payslips are uploaded automatically and are ready to publish. Administrators publish them in one click. Ask us about automating your payslip distribution.

• Personal email address for ex-employeeswhen enabled, the automated leaver process grants a departing employee their own access, so they can consult documents shared with ex-employees, such as the ones you are legally required to keep available. Employees without a personal email address on file automatically receive a task asking for it.
