It’s the analytics layer of HR Data Management. It sits on top of PeopleRecord. PeopleRecord brings the data together; Insights makes it make sense. One solution, two jobs: consolidate, then report.

Do I have to use Popay’s dashboards?+

No, that’s the point. The value is the business layer underneath. Read it in Popay’s ready-made dashboards, or feed the same semantic model to your own BI tool. Your choice, no lock-in.

Will the numbers match between Popay and our BI?+

Yes. Because each metric is defined once in the business layer, “turnover” or “FTE” means the same thing whether you read it in Popay or in your BI tool. There’s no second version of the truth to reconcile.

Which BI tools does it feed?+

A clean semantic feed to the major tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik.

Do we need data analysts to use it?+
