What actually flows between Popay and a connector?
It depends on the partner's role. To a payroll connector: employee master data, contracts and variable pay elements. From an LMS: course completions and certificates. From recruitment: new hires. Every partner page lists the exact data flow and direction for that integration.
Is the ecosystem only relevant for Belgium?
No. The Belgian and Dutch payroll connectors are the deepest, which matters for the local market — but Popay runs across >40 countries and connects to global platforms such as Oracle and ADP for multi-country operations.
How long does an integration take to set up?
Certified connectors are configuration, not a build — most go live in days. For a larger rollout, a certified implementation partner such as AMT Digital can handle the deployment end-to-end.
Is the data exchange GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU, access is role-based, and every flow is scoped to only the data the connector actually needs — privacy is built into the integration layer, not bolted on.
