Training costs, allocated at event and participant level

Cost management improved at three levels of the platform.

• At event levelan Allocate costs action opens a modal where you select a cost and choose the relevant participants. Each allocation can be adjusted individually for amount, sponsorship and other details. You can export all allocated costs for one training event to Excel.
• At participant levelthe participant detail page gives a full overview of every cost linked to that participant, and you assign or update cost records from there. Any cost configured on the training event can be allocated here, as a participant-focused alternative to the event flow.
• From training requestscosts added during a training request are now created at training event level and allocated to the right participant. That link was broken, which affected cost reporting, social balance calculation and expense reimbursement tracking.

• Personal email address via the task listyou can prompt employees to register a personal email address from their task list. Relevant if you use the automated leaver process, since that address is how someone keeps consulting the documents they are entitled to after leaving.

• Documentsuse the placeholder %4 in a Document Center mail template to insert the document name, for a more specific message when a document is shared.

• Duration column added to the employee training report, so employees see their training history including the time invested. A bug that produced multiple rows for a training with more than one session is fixed.
